BTA is publishing the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party for all constituencies for the June 9 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates was provided by the respective party/coalition.

A total of 31 candidates' lists have been registered by the Dobrich Constituency Election Commission.

The order follows the sequential numbers on the ballots, as drawn by the Central Election Commission:

  1. There Is Such a People Party: Aleksander Aleksandrov. Has served at the Bulgarian Armed Forces General Staff and the Defence Ministry. MP in the 45th, 46th, and 47th National Assemblies;
  2. Glas Naroden (People's Voice) Party: Nikolay Dikov. A graduate of New Bulgarian University. Has experience in the restaurant industry;
  3. Blue Bulgaria Coalition (nine parties: Conservative Alliance of the Right (KOD); Bulgarian Democratic Forum; Democratic Action Movement; National Movement for Stability and Upsurge; Bulgaria of the Citizens Movement; Conservative Bulgaria Party; Radical Democratic Party in Bulgaria; Bulgarian New Democracy Party; Agrarian People's Union): Svetoslav Gochev. President of the Bulgarian Agricultural People's Union’s governing body;
  4. We the Citizens Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Spring; Competence, Responsibility and Truth (KOI); Bulgarian Workers'-Peasants' Party): Hristo Lafchiev. Engineer and physicist by training. Works as a senior engineer at an electronics company; a physicist at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences;
  5. No registered list of candidates;
  6. Bulgarian Voice Party: Tanya Popova. Graduated from the Ivan Apostolov Private Language Upper Secondary School. A second-year law student at the St Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia;
  7. Rose Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Social Democracy - EuroLeft; United Labour Bloc Bulgarian Labourists; Rodolyubie 2000): Yordan Yakov. Holds a master’s degree in Transport Engineering and Business Management;
  8. Centre Coalition (two parties: Svoboda [Freedom]; Bulgarian Agrarian Party): Rostislava Dimitrova. Physician and health care expert. Holds a degree in Medicine from Sofia’s Medical University. Public Health Adviser in the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety, 2008-2013. Works as an expert in national health institutions, the Ministry of Health, and the National Assembly’s Committee on Health. Owns a company for pharmaceutical clinical trials and healthcare consulting;
  9. Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition (three parties: Rise Up Bulgaria; Bulgarian Left; United Social Democracy): Desislava Trifonova;
  10. Edinenie (Unity) Party: Elena Vutova;
  11. Bulgarian National Alliance (BNO) Party: Petar Evtimov. A graduate of the Technical University of Sofia;
  12. Vazrazhdane Party: Konstantina Petrova. MP in the 48th and 49th National Assemblies;
  13. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party: Valentin Vodenicharov;
  14. Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria Coalition (4 parties: Continue the Change; VOLT; Democrats for Strong Bulgaria; Yes, Bulgaria Movement): Ivaylo Mirchev. MP in the 45th, 46th, 47th, 48th, and 49th National Assemblies;
  15. The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party: Dimitrichka Mircheva. Graduated from the Tsar Simeon Veliki Vocational High School of Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism in Provadia (Northeastern Bulgaria). Runs a non-governmental organization which specializes in social support for disadvantaged families;
  16. Bulgarian Rise Party: Veselin Kolev;
  17. Civic Bloc Coalition (Radicals Bulgarian Democratic Union, Bulgarian Women's Party): Ivelina Yordanova. Graduated as a social services manager from the Chernorizets Hrabar Varna Free University. Works in social services;
  18. Society for New Bulgaria Party: Veselin Kazakov;
  19. The Left! Coalition (ABV (Alternative for Bulgarian Revival), Movement 21, Green Party, Alexander Stamboliiski Agrarian Party, National Movement for Salvation of the Fatherland, Social Democrats Political Movement): Georgi Kyuchukov;
  20. Party of the Greens: Borislav Daskalov. Entrepreneur. A graduate of the Georgi Benkovski Bulgarian Air Force Academy. Has been a long-time Dobrich Airport employee;
  21. Here We Come Party: Tseno Ivanov;
  22. GERB-UDF Coalition (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Union of Democratic Forces (UDF)): Denitsa Sacheva. Chair of Parliament’s Committee on Labour, Social, and Demographic Policy and GERB-UDF Deputy Floor Leader in the 49th National Assembly. MP in the 45th, 46th, 47th, 48th, and 49th National Assemblies;
  23. Bulgarian National Union New Democracy Party: Pavel Dimitrov;
  24. BSP for Bulgaria Coalition (Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP); Ecoglasnost Political Club; Trakia Political Club): Maya Dimitrova. Lawyer. MP in the 45th, 47th, 48th, and 49th National Assemblies;
  25. Velichie [Grandeur] Party: Momchil Radichkov. Entrepreneur. Graduated in Public Administration from the University of National and World Economy and in Railway Transport Technology and Organization from the Todor Kableshkov Military School of Transport;
  26. VMRO-Bulgarian National Movement Party: Andrey Slabakov. Director, screenwriter, and actor. Born 1960. Graduated in Directing from the Krastyo Sarafov National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts. MEP since July 2, 2019;
  27. Direct Democracy Party: Ivan Kazakov;
  28. Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Party: Erten Anisova. Graduated in Political Science from the St Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia. Holds a master’s degree in Law from the St Cyril and St Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. MRF Deputy Floor Leader in the 49th National Assembly. MP in the 48th and 49th National Assemblies;
  29. Green Movement Party: Hristiyan Hristov;
  30. Party for Great Bulgaria: Radostina Minova. A law graduate and practicing lawyer;
  31. Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy (BSDD): Georgi Nedelchev. An engineer and economist by training. Holds a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Has experience in radio and TV broadcasting, digital systems, entrepreneurship and finance. BSDD co-founder and co-chair. Volunteer in the Bulgarian Huntington Association and in Positivemoney.org. Editor at AgoraPost.bg;
  32. Neutral Bulgaria Coalition (four parties: Communist Party of Bulgaria; Bulgarian Communist Party; Party of Bulgarian Communists; Russophiles for the Revival of the Fatherland): Maria Atanasova.
