130-Plus Athletes from Record-breaking 33 Countries to Take Part in Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Varna

More than 130 athletes from a record 33 countries will take part in the Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup at Varna’s Palace of Culture and Sports on May 23-26.

The men's entrants include the 2020 Olympic bronze medallist and vault champion at the 2022 World Gymnastics Championships and the 2019 European Games, Artur Davtyan (Armenia), 2024 European Men's Artistic Gymnastics Championships vice champion Oleg Verniaiev (Ukraine) and bronze medallist on floor Krisztofer Meszaros (Hungary), 2022 European Junior All-Around Champion Botond Molnar (Hungary), and Nazar Chepurnyi (Ukraine), bronze medallist at the 2024 European Championships, among others.

Among the women's entrants are Aline Fries (France), who snatched a bronze on vault at the 2022 European Championships in Munich and three gold medals at the 2021 World Cup in Varna, and Elisabeth Seitz (Germany), a bronze medallist on floor at the 2023 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Antalya.

Bulgaria will be represented by teams led by Valentina Georgieva and Yordan Alexandrov.

Entrance will be free for all visitors.
