The Board of Directors of the State Fund Agriculture (SFA) elected Iva Ivanova as the SFA-Paying Agency Executive Director here during its Tuesday meeting. Ivanova's nomination was raised by the caretaker Minister of Agriculture and Food, Georgi Tahov, after a coordination procedure with the caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, the SFA reported.

Ivanova holds a Master's degree in European Union Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski jointly with Nancy-Universite in France. Holds a master's degree in International Business from the University of Economics – Varna. Speaks English.
