site.btaWriter Georgi Gospodinov to Attend Meet and Greet in Switzerland

Bulgarian author Georgi Gospodinov will meet Bulgarians and other readers in the Swiss city of Montricher on May 2 at 7 pm local time (at En Bois Désert 10, Route de Chardève 2 (GPS), 1147 Montricher, Suisse).

The meeting will be in Bulgarian with French translation, and was organized by the Jan Michalski Foundation. Admission is free, reservations can be made here.

In 2021, the author became one of the most awarded Bulgarian writers, having been honoured with a number of national and international awards within just a few months.

Gospodinov and translator Angela Rodel won the international Booker Prize with the book Time Shelter in May last year. They are among the winners of the 2023 Knights of the Book awards.
