Sofia, March 30 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases
in Bulgaria has reached 359, up from 354 in the morning,
according to the latest update from the national coronavirus
task force.

Seventeen people have recovered, while 113 are in hospital, 13
of whom in intensive care. Eight people have died, the youngest
aged 51.

Fifty-six per cent of COVID-19 patients are men, and 44 per cent
 are women. The average age of those who have been infected is
45 years.

During the morning briefing Moutafschiiski again said that
certainly the pandemic causes grave inconveniences to people but
 observing the strict measures is the only way to save
themselves. "When the whole world is burning, taking an aimless
walk is irresponsible," he said.
