The Council of Ministers shall designate accessible beaches for people with disabilities along the Black Sea coast, MPs decided on Thursday, adopting second-reading amendments to the Black Sea Coast Development Act.
The bill was submitted by GERB-UDF MP Mediha Hamza.
According to the adopted provisions, the Council of Ministers, on a proposal of the Minister of Tourism, in coordination with the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works and the Minister of Labour and Social Policy, shall determine by decision the accessible sea beaches for people with disabilities.
Concession contracts concluded before the entry into force of this Law for sea beaches designated as accessible to people with disabilities shall be brought into line with this Law within one year of its entry into force, as provided for in the adopted texts.
