site.btaVeselin Sinabov Replaces Deniza Slateva as Head of State-owned Gas Distribution Company Bulgargaz

The Bulgarian Energy Holding Wednesday accepted the resignation of Bulgargaz CEO Deniza Slateva, appointing Veselin Sinabov in her place. Dimitar Spassov and Tatyana Petrova-Boyadzhieva were dismissed from Bulgargaz's Board of Directors, and were replaced by Mihail Milkov, Byanka Racheva and Marin Filipovski.

Veselin Sinabov has been Director of the Natural Gas Trading Directorate and Member of the Board of Directors of Bulgargaz since August 2022.

Mihail Milkov has many years of experience in the energy sector, including as Director of Finance and Budgets at the Bulgarian Energy Holding. Byanka Racheva has experience as a legal advisor and has been a lawyer since 2020. Since January 2013, Marin Filipovski has worked in the Natural Gas Supply Directorate and at Sofiagaz between June 2004 and November 2012.
