Three Deputy Ministers Appointed at Interior, Justice Ministries

New deputy ministers have been appointed to the Interior Ministry and the Justice Ministry by order of caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, the Government Information Service said on Friday.

Stoyan Temelakiev and Tony Todorov will succeed Kiril Tsenkin and Ivelina Dundakova as Deputy Ministers of Interior.

Stoyan Temelakiyev has already served as Deputy Minister of the Interior twice, in December 2021 - August 2022 and June 2023 - November 2023. Having spent his entire career in the Interior Ministry, he also served as Secretary General in 2021. He is Master of Laws from South-West University Neofit Rilski.

Tony Todorov is also a long-serving official in the Interior Ministry. He has been working in the system for nearly 20 years, successively holding executive and managerial positions. He holds a master's degree from Vasil Levski National Military University.

In the Ministry of Justice, the post of Deputy Minister has been entrusted to Spaska Kincheva. In 2019-2023, she headed a department at the Supreme Prosecution Office of Cassation. Throughout her career, Kincheva has served in various prosecution offices in Sofia and Veliko Tarnovo.

Emil Dechev and Yuliya Kovacheva were dismissed as Deputy Ministers of Justice.
