site.btaBulgarian Ambassador to Moldova Dobreva, Defense Minister Nosatii Discuss Opportunities for Expanding Defence Cooperation

Bulgarian Ambassador to Moldova Maya Dobreva met with the country's Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatii. Dobreva was accompanied by the representative of Bulgaria's foreign trade Tsvetan Kamenov, as well as representatives of the military-industrial company Terem Holding, the Moldovan Ministry's press service said.

The sides discussed the defence cooperation established over the years and the opportunities for its expansion, the process of transformation and modernisation of Moldova's National Army, as well as strengthening the resilience to the current regional security challenges, the Moldovan Defence Ministry said. 

The Bulgarian delegation also participated in the Moldovan-Bulgarian inter-ministerial commission in the field of economic cooperation, which was held on 26-27 March 2024 in Chisinau.
