At the European Wrestling Championships in Bucharest on Sunday, Alen Khubulov of Bulgaria placed third in the 125 kg freestyle section, winning 3-0 against neutral Dzianas Khramiankou. Earlier in the day, the 22-year old Bulgarian wrestler defeated Austria's Johannes Ludescher in the repechage, 10-0.
Khabulov's bronze was the ninth medal for Bulgaria at the tournament that ended in the Romanian capital.
