At its weekly meeting on Thursday, Bulgaria's Council of Ministers will adopt a report on the implementation of the 2023 and National Statistical Programme and a 2024 National Statistical Programme. Consent will be granted to the opening of an Honorary Consulate of Montenegro in Lovech (North Central Bulgaria).

Another decision will deal with the approval and signature of the Ljubljana-The Hague Convention on International Cooperation in the Investigation and Prosecution of the Crime of Genocide, Crimes against Humanity, War Crimes and Other International Crimes. The Council of Ministers will also discuss a draft decision on the approval of a draft Bulgarian-Turkish intergovernmental Memorandum of Understanding regarding cross-border air policing operations.
