Bulgarian Radoslav Yankov finished third in the men's parallel slalom event at the FIS Snowboard World Cup, which is taking place in Pamporovo on Saturday and Sunday.

In the duel for the third place, Yankov defeated South Korean Sangho Lee, who is an Olympic champion from Pyeongchang 2018. This was Yankov's best ranking this season, following his three finishes in top 8 earlier in the campaign. Saturday’s podium was second for the Bulgarian snowboarder in six years.

Daniele Bagozza claimed the top spot in all-Italian final in the men's event in Pamporovo, defeating Edwin Coratti.

Three-time Olympic and two-time world champion Ester Ledecka won the women’s parallel slalom, beating World Cup leader Ramona Hofmeister of Germany in the final. Tsubaki Miki finished third.

97 competitors from 16 countries took part in the competition in Pamporovo.
