site.btaSwimmer Miladinov Sets New Bulgarian Record in 100m Medley, Finishes First at Swiss Short Course Championships

Bulgarian swimmer Josif Miladinov managed to set two national records in 100m medley at the Swiss Short Course Championships in Uster, Switzerland on Monday, swimming club Sprint Sofia said. 

The athlete twice improved his own best achievement in the discipline. In the prelims, Miladinov lowered the record to 54.04 seconds, before becoming the Swiss champion with a new best of 53.24 seconds in the afternoon.

He also won the competitions in 100m freestyle, 100m butterfly and finished second in 50m breaststroke at the Kurzbahn Schweizermeisterschaft.
