Bulgaria Takes Part in Exhibition Held on Sidelines of Abu Dhabi Global Media Congress

Bulgaria is represented at an exhibition in Abu Dhabi which is bringing together media leaders from around the world. The exhibition is held on the sidelines of the second edition of the Abu Dhabi Global Media Congress, which began on Tuesday and will conclude on Thursday. The event is organized by the United Arab Emirates news agency WAM in partnership with the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, where the event is being held.

The media congress agenda includes many workshops on various topics, including artificial intelligence (AI) as well as panel discussions focusing on climate issues and fake news.

Participating in the congress are Alexandru Giboi, Secretary General of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA), Claudia Nicolae, member of the EANA Board and Director General of Romania's national news agency AGERPRES, and Kiril Valchev, Director General of the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA), who is also President of the News Agencies World Congress (NAWC) and Secretary General of the Association of Balkan News Agencies - Southeast Europe (ABNA-SEE), ABNA-SEE Board Member and ANA-MPA news agency President Aimilios Perdikaris and other heads of global and national news agencies and media organizations.
