September 10: Mostly sunny, with temporary afternoon cloud and in the east. Wind light east-northeasterly, to moderate in Eastern Bulgaria. Cool in the mornings, with temperatures between 10 C and 15 C, to 18 C along the coast. Highs: between 23 C and 28 C.
