Meeting on Thursday, Bulgaria's Council of Ministers authorized Petroceltic Bulgaria EOOD and Luxembourg-based Petroceltic SARL to use two ships for drilling an exploratory well in the Galata Natural Gas Field in the Black Sea continental shelf.
