The 15th international festival of sung poetry Salty Winds will take place on August 18-19 on the The Snail open stage in Burgas, the organizers said on Wednesday. A total of 38 bards from Bulgaria, Russia, Italy and Ukraine, aged 25 to 60, will participate.
