site.btaBTA to Publish Special LIK Magazine Issue Dedicated to Rock Supergroup "The Foundation"

The Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) plans to publish a special issue of LIK magazine in August dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Bulgarian rock supergroup The Foundation, the agency's Director General Kiril Valchev said on Monday at the opening of a press conference in BTA's National Press Club in Varna dedicated to the band's tour this summer.

He underlined that the BTA actively promotes Bulgarian culture and signed an indefinete media partnership contract with The Foundation.

“The musicians in the band have never spoken against each other, which could be a very useful lesson for politicians,” Valchev stressed and added that they are an example of how a person can respect others and simultaneously grow.

The supergroup's 10th anniversary summer tour kicks off in Varna on Monday. The concerts will feature artists who have been in the projects in the past years - Konstantin Tsekov from FSB, Atanas Penev from B.T.R. and Momchil Kolev.

The band will also perform in Razgrad (June 30), Arbanassi (July 1), Burgas (July 20), Plovdiv (August 6), Nessebar (August 15), Oryahovo (August 19), Panagyurishte (Augist 25) and at the Apollonia Arts Festival in Sozopol on September 5.
