The commitment, which is set out within the Recovery and Resilience Plan for the removal of Bulgartransgaz and the Electricity System Operator (ESO) from the structure of Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH), needs to be renegotiated, said caretaker Energy Minister Rossen Hristov on Friday during a hearing in the National Assembly. Their removal from the BEH structure will make the holding's work more difficult, he argued.
