At the closing conference for the project Paths to Freedom: Starting an Independent Life 2020 - 2022 on Thursday, Mariyan Dyankov, Programme Director at SOS Children's Villages Bulgaria, said that 255 young people who left alternative care were supported through the initiative. The aim of the project is to provide support for an independent and self-sufficient life to those leaving care centres, to provide the establishment of a network for mutual assistance, and so on, Dyankov added.
