Prosecutor General Comments Problems of Bulgarian Justice
The problems of Bulgarian justice are not just in the prosecuting magistracy, but in courts, the Interior Ministry, the legislation. The judicial reform is not about shutting down [institutions], replacing someone with "your own guy" or serving an oligarch by making legislative changes, Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev told journalists here on Wednesday.
