Constitutional Court: Inspectorate under Supreme Judicial Council May Continue Working Despite Expired Term of Inspectors
The Constitutional Court decided that it is permissible for the Inspectorate under the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) to continue working despite the expired term in office of the chief inspector and inspectors and despite that new ones have not been elected by the National Assembly, the Court said here on Tuesday.
