site.btaArchaeologists Add Ancient Temple to Perperikon Finds
A newly discovered temple has been found on the premises of the ancient Thracian city of Perperikon, Professor Nikolay Ovcharov said on Wednesday.
The temple is located only ten metres away from the famous hall with the altar in the palace-sanctuary, where Alexander the Great received a prediction that he would conquer the world.
