The number of medical establishments focused on treating cancer is rising, while parallel outpatient care is sadly lagging behind, social scientist Parvan Stefanov said. He was speaking at Tuesday’s presentation of the Hospital Index 2021 at a BTA-hosted news conference on the subject of Oncology in Bulgaria: Reality and Need of Changes. Hospital Index is a joint initiative of Gallup International Balkan polling agency and the clinica.bg specialized website.
