site.btaCounter-Corruption Watchdog to Manage Confiscated Assets Involving EU Countries
Parliament on Wednesday adopted on first reading amendments to the Recognition, Execution and Imposition of Freezing Orders Act according to which the Counter-Corruption and Unlawfully Acquired Assets Forfeiture Commission (CCUAAFC) will manage confiscated and frozen property also in cases concerning other EU Member States.
