The main conclusion of the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee’s (BHC) annual human rights report in Bulgaria in 2021 is that the year saw stagnation in human rights, said BHC board chair Krassimir Kanev at BTA’s National Press Club here on Wednesday. The areas explored by the report included the right to healthcare, police brutality, and the LGBT community.
