PM Bliznashki: "Caretaker Cabinet Has Delivered on 90 Per Cent of Commitments Assumed"


Sofia, October 29 (BTA) - "So far we have delivered on over 90
per cent of the commitments assumed when we took office,"
Bulgarian Prime Minister Georgi Bliznashki told a news
conference after the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. In his words,
the work of the caretaker Cabinet is entering its last phase,
which is why the PM has prepared a report on what has been done.

He listed examples including the arrangements for and conduct of
democratic, fair and transparent elections, the drafted update
of the 2014 budget, the resumption of the dialogue with the
European Commission, and the start of reforms in the energy
sector.

"The caretaker Cabinet is drafting bills which brook no delay
and will be laid before the National Assembly," Bliznashki
