Sofia, February 15 (BTA) - The Cyrillo-Methodian Research Centre
with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) and the Earth and
Man National Museum in Sofia mark together the Assumption of St
Constantine Cyril the Philosopher with an exhibition titled "The
Church in Samuel's Bulgaria: Roots and Heritage". The Earth and
Man National Museum hosts the exhibition from February 14 to
22, the BAS said.

The exhibition presents literary works, wall paintings and
architecture from the period of Tsar Samuel (997-1014), with a
focus on the history of the Bulgarian church.

The exhibition will be open to visitors also from March 2 to
April 12.
