President Plevneliev, PM Borissov Send Condolences to Romanian and Russian Counterparts

Sofia, October 31 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev sent
condolences to his Romanian counterpart, Klaus Iohannis, on the
tragic death of dozens of young people in a Bucharest nightclub,
 the President's Press Secretariat said on Saturday.

Plevneliev wrote: "Mr President, please accept my sincere
condolences on the tragic loss, and wishes for quick recovery of
 those injured. We grieve with the Romanian people and pay
homage to the victims."

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov also sent condolences to his
Romanian counterpart, Victor Ponta, expressing the Bulgarian
government's support for the efforts to find the causes of the
tragedy and help those injured.

Plevneliev sent condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin
on the crash of a Russian airliner with 224 people on board in
Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.

The Bulgarian President wrote: "We can never be prepared for
such tragic accidents in which innocent victims are killed. At
this tragic time for the friendly Russian nation I offer
heartfelt condolences for the victims. I am confident that the
causes of this tragedy will soon be found out. My heart goes out
 to the Russian people and we grieve with you, Mr President."

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov also sent condolences to President
 Putin and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, offering them
 his own and the government's respect and support, and his
sympathy for the Russian people.
