Sofia, November 1 (BTA) - Polling agencies announced the first results from the parallel count.

Haskovo

Alpha Research (100 per cent of ballots counted)

1. Dobri Belivanov (GERB) - 73.95 per cent
2. Georgi Ivanov (local coalition) - 26.05 per cent

Pleven

Alpha Research (100 per cent of ballots counted)

1.Georg Spartanski - 53.5 per cent
2. Dimiter Stoykov (GERB) - 46.5 per cent

Vidin

Gallup International (100 per cent of ballots counted)

1. Ognyan Tsenkov (GERB) - 54.8 per cent
2. Rossitsa Kirova (local coalition) - 45.2 per cent

Shoumen

Gallup International (100 per cent of ballots counted)

1. Lyubomir Hristov (GERB) - 63.9 per cent
2. Ivan Ivanov (Bulgarian Socialist Party) - 36.1 per cent

In Plovdiv, GERB's candidate Ivan Totev has received 54.9 per cent of the vote against 45.1 per cent for opponent Slavcho Atanassov, according to Alpha Research exit poll data 18 pm on Sunday.

In Haskovo, GERB's candidate Dobri Belivanov has received 70.9 per cent against 29.1 per cent for Georgi Ivanov.

In Pleven,Georg Spartanski, backed by the Reformist Bloc has received 59.3 per cent against incumbent Mayor Dimiter Stoykov with 40.4 per cent.
