Sofia, November 1 (BTA) - In Plovdiv, the difference between Ivan Totev (GERB) and Slavcho Atanassov (Patriotic Front) closed to 51.5 per cent against 48.5 per cent, according to Alpha Research exit poll figures by 7 pm, announced on national television. Social analyst Boryana Dimitrova said difference may dwindle and the result may change given the relatively low voter turnout at 31.5 per cent and the minor difference.

Polling agencies announced the first results from the parallel count.
