Sofia, September 14 (BTA) - An earthquake measuring 3.5 points on the Richter Scale and epicentred around 25 km southwest of Sofia was registered at 4.53 a.m. local time on Thursday, the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography reported.

The tremour occurred at a depth of 15 km and was felt in Sofia and Pernik.

No casualties or damage to property are reported.
