Sofia, April 4 (BTA) - Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva on Thursday will host Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister in Charge of European Integration Iurie Leanca.

Zaharieva and Leanca will discuss Bulgaria's support for Moldova's European perspective and the continuation of the necessary reforms by the Moldovan government. The agenda will be topped by bilateral commercial and industrial relations and the rights of the Bulgarian minority in Moldova.

In late October 2017 Deputy Prime Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva paid a two-day visit to Moldova. She conferred with Moldovan Prime Minister Pavel Filip and Moldovan Minister for Foreign Affairs and European Integration Andrei Galbur (2016-2017) with whom she opened a Bulgarian consular office in Taraclia.
