Zhangjiakou, February 16 (BTA special correspondent Dimitar Velyov) - Bulgarian biathletes Milena Todorova, Maria Zdravkova, Lora Hristova and Daniela Kadeva placed 18th in the women's biathlon relay 4x6km at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games here on Wednesday.
Despite Todorova's good start, the Bulgarian squad was overlapped during the race and the team's fourth biathlete, Daniela Kadeva, was blocked on the range. She could not start and Bulgaria did not make it to the finish line.
Sweden's relay team grabbed the gold medals. The Russian squad finished second and Germany placed third. DT/KK
