Sofia, February 11 (BTA) - Greek musician Nikos Vertis will give a concert at Sofia's Arena Armeec Hall on March 30, the organizers said. He will arrive with a 35-member team, of whom 25 will be musicians to join him on stage.
Nikos Vertis will perform his greatest hits and some of his latest pieces.
Due to the pandemic and the constantly changing restrictions, the event was postponed twice.
Nikolaos Arvanitidis, better known by his stage name Nikos Vertis, was born in the Netherlands on August 21, 1976. His family moved to Thessaloniki when he was 6. He began taking bouzouki lessons, and took up singing when he turned 15. Since then he has been composing, playing music and singing.
He is now the most famous performer of laiko, a mixture of traditional Greek music, pop and dance. One of his latest hits, "S'Agapao", has over 23 million views on YouTube./RY/DS/ДЛ/
