23.24 Per Cent Voter Turnout as at 1 p.m.

Sofia, October 5 (BTA) - Voter turnout was 23.24 per cent at 1
p.m. at Sunday's early parliamentary elections, the Central
Election Commission said.

The highest turnout by that time was in Turgovishte,
Northeastern Bulgaria, 27.78 per cent, followed by Silistra,
also in Northeastern Bulgaria, 27.65 per cent, and Lovech,
Central Bulgaria, 27.32 per cent.

Polling ended for the Bulgarians in New Zealand, where 93 people
 cast their votes.
