to Attend Chabad Annual Conference
in New York


Sofia, November 20 (BTA) - GERB Floor Leader and GERB Party
Deputy Chairman Tsvetan Tsvetanov is leaving on a working visit
to the US, GERB said in a press release on Thursday.

In New York, he will be a special guest at the Annual Conference
of Chabad, the world's largest Jewish religious organization.
In his former capacity as deputy prime minister and interior
minister of Bulgaria, he will receive a token of appreciation
for his commitment and support in the investigation of a July
2012 terrorist bombing attack on a bus at Sarafovo Airport, near
Bourgas (on the Black Sea), in which five Israeli tourists and
their Bulgarian driver were killed.

The Annual Conference will be attended by the leaders of Jewish
organizations from across the world, the Speaker of Israel's
Knesset and numerous prominent politicians and public figures
from the US and Europe.

Within the meeting, Tsvetanov will hold working sessions with
participants in the forum, the press release said. LI/LG
