Petar Moskov, one of the leaders of Blue Bulgaria, Saturday said in Vratsa that the coalition is clearly the right-wing alternative and its presence in Parliament will thwart any plans of "the different Movements for Rights and Freedoms". Moskov, top-of-the-list candidates Petko Petkov for Vratsa and Veneta Yordanova for Montana and other MP candidates for Vratsa Region met with local people.

Moskov said: "Support for Blue Bulgaria will solve two issues: First, the next parliament would have a distinct right-wing reformist majority instead of an assemblage of incompatible parties and people. Second, this would guarantee that each of the different branches of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, which is the computer of the political mafia, will have to be in opposition."

One of the coalition's governance priorities is that one third of the value added tax generated in a municipality should go to the local budget, which will make municipalities less dependent on central government and will help self-governance live up to its name.
