Ljubljana/Sofia, April 25 (BTA) - The digital technologies are an effective tool to improve border crossing procedures and offer faster and more secure services, Bulgarian Transport, IT and Communications Minister Ivailo Moskovski said, quoted by his Ministry, during a meeting of transport ministers of Southeast Europe in Ljubljana. The meeting is part of the annual European conference TEN-T Days hosted in 2018 by Slovenia.
