Only one device will be placed in voting sections in the country and outside the country where voting will be done by machine, Central Election Commission (CEC) Spokesperson Rositsa Mateva told a media briefing on Thursday. The number of applications submitted for voting abroad is 47,389 from 77 countries, Mateva said.
