The Ukrainian region of Odesa was under a drone attack, local Telegram channels reported. An air raid alert was issued at 00:54 a.m. on Tuesday.

The drone attack came from the Black Sea. Loud explosions were heard.

According to the channels in Telegram cited, a multi-storey building was hit. А fire was caused by falling debris from a downed drone.

The Bulgarian community in the Odesa region numbers 150,000 people, according to the official population census in Ukraine in 2001. Between 50,000 and 60,000 Bulgarians live in the city of Odesa. The largest compact groups of Bulgarians in the region are concentrated in the districts of Bolhrad, Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
