“We are meeting to assess the new situation in depth”, Continue the Change co-leader Kiril Petkov wrote in a Facebook post. 

“We will be a strong and constructive opposition, we will be the strongest defenders of the continuation of the European model in Bulgaria, where wealth is distributed fairly, we will fight against any attempt of theft and corruption. I see that there is strength and potential in society to continue to change our country. We will chart the way forward together”, Petkov wrote.

The Central Election Commission published the voting results of the elections to the national legislature. Seven parties will be part of the next parliament. The CC-DB coalition came third with 14.33% of the vote for the National Assembly, based on 100% of tally sheets.
