Azerbaijan extended its special quarantine regime in the country until January 1, 2025 in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection, the Foreign Ministry said on its website.

In connection with the decision to extend the special quarantine period, the land borders of Azerbaijan will remain closed until January 1, 2025. The Foreign Ministry recalls that, in case of need for assistance, Bulgarian citizens in Azerbaijan can turn to the Bulgarian Embassy in Baku.
