Mario Bogdanov, President of the Bulgarian Taekwon-Do ITF, was re-elected for a new five-year term as Vice President of the Europe ITF Taekwon-Do Federation for the Southeast region at the International Taekwon-Do Federation Congress held during the 22nd World Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan. 

Bogdanov also joined the ITF Board of Directors for the next four years and was assigned head of the Pro Taekwon-Do Committee. The Secretary General of the Bulgarian federation, Vergiliy Sitnilski, was elected as a member of the ITF Tournament Committee.
