In July 2025, the total production index in Services of the business economy increased by 0.7% compared to June, the National Statistical Institute said. The data are preliminary and seasonally adjusted.

Compared to July 2024, an increase of 1.4% was registered in July 2025 in the calendar-adjusted index, according to preliminary data.

Business services include the following sectors: Transportation and storage, Accommodation and food service activities, Information and communication, Real estate activities, Professional, scientific and technical activities, and Administrative and support service activities.

In July 2025, an increase, compared to June, was reported in the following sectors: Administrative and support service activities by 10.1%, Professional, scientific and technical activities by 5.3% and Real estate activities by 0.8%. A decrease was reported for Transportation and storage by 2.6%, Information and communication by 1.8% and Accommodation and food service activities by 0.3%.

On an annual basis, a rise was observed in the following sectors: Administrative and support service activities by 12.4%, Real estate activities by 7.0%, Information and communication by 2.6% and Professional, scientific and technical activities by 2.1%. A decrease was registered in Transportation and storage by 4.1% and Accommodation and food service activities by 0.6%.
