Bosch Engineering Center Sofia was named the Best Employer in Bulgaria in the Career Show Awards 2023. 

Second and third place in this category went to Philip Morris Bulgaria and Postbank.The awards were announced on Tuesday.

More than 100 companies competed for them."Vivacom is the winner in the "Favorite Employer" category, a special category of the awards in which the winners were determined by public vote. The silver award in this category went to Lidl Bulgaria and the bronze award to Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria.

Musala Soft is the winner in the Talent Management Strategy category.

In the Best Employer Career Show Awards every year, Bulgarian businesses present their employer brand development and employee care projects. Companies apply for awards in various categories with their strategies for attracting, training, managing and developing talent. 

The big winners will receive their prizes at a special awards ceremony on 5 October at Arena Sofia during the Career Show 2023. Visitors to the event will be able to meet personally with the best employers in the country and discover new career opportunities for themselves.
