site.btaDali, De Chirico Originals to Be Exhibited in Dimitrovgrad

Original works by Salvador Dali and Giorgio De Chirico, inspired by biblical subjects, will be on display at Dimitrovgrad's Petko Chruchuliev City Art Gallery between January 25 and March 31, 2024, the Gallery said on Tuesday.

The 84 exhibits include lithographs, sculptures, medals, silver and silk screen prints and other works on various media. The masterpieces express the important role that religion played in the artists' life.

The exhibition is organized by the Petko Churchuliev Gallery in partnership with Art Expo S.I.A. of Latvia and the Collection Kesauri of France. The display has successfully toured Latvia, Romania, Slovakia and Poland.

This is the second time that Dimitrovgrad's Gallery is hosting art works from the collection of the Kesauri family from Latvia. In August 2023, visitors were able to enjoy original drawings by Gauguin, Toulouse-Lautrec, Renoir, Manet, Sisley, Guillaumin and Cezanne.
