The Parliament gathered a quorum to start a plenary session on Wednesday morning after 167 MPs were registered. The weekly agenda was also adopted.

Following an announcement by GERB leader Boyko Borissov that the government will be reshuffled, Parliament failed to gather a quorum for three consecutive days last week. Most of the parliamentary committee sittings, as well as the meeting of the Council of Ministers, were also cancelled.
