Bulgaria will switch back to Standard Time at 4 a.m. on Sunday, October 27, when clocks will be set one hour back, the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology says on its website.

The annual change from Standard Time to Daylight Saving Time and back is regulated by a Council of Ministers decree of March 13, 1997.

The upcoming switchback will cause timetable changes for 14 passenger trains on the night of Saturday to Sunday, the Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ) said. To avoid rail traffic disruptions, these trains will stay for an hour at various stations.
