The decision which we should make today is to not back this government, said Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov in a statement from the parliamentary rostrum in connection with the vote of GERB’s draft cabinet. Kostadinov said that the main question is whether “we can find a majority which excludes the Movement for Rights and Freedoms”.  

He said that there is nothing bad in going to new elections. “The best thing about democracy is the chance for a right of choice,” said Kostadinov.  According to him, the succession of elections is not a crisis, but a “cleansing process” during which old dependencies sink and die. The big question is “whether we would want to separate them from the body of the Bulgarian state,” he added.
